Thank you for being patient with us as we phase in this new registration system. While it may be a little clunky right now to use, the other features it provides us with highly outweigh the old system.

On this page, we hope to address some of the technical issues you may have using this system. 

If you have not already created a Fellowship One account for another event here at Grace Fellowship, you will have to create one with us. Greg Ballard put together a tutorial on how to create a new account step-by-step.

One common issue registrants are running into is that when they confirm their F1 account and "successfully login" that they can't see the form they are trying to register for. You must close that window and re-click the "Register Online" link that you originally clicked.

Completing the Web Form may be a tricky process, especially if money is ever involved. Greg Ballard also put together a tutorial on how to complete a form. He touches on how to add any new people to your household, how to answer the questions, and how to submit your registration.

Remember when you are registering for the KC School Year Session to select each child to be registered, and not to select yourself as parent.
