About CAMEO
CAMEO Ministries is a prayer and healing ministry for women who have been abused. God has given this ministry a vision of restoratively impacting women through the healing power of Jesus Christ. Having served Grace Fellowship for over ten years, CAMEO Ministries seeks to reach out to women who long for freedom from the grips of shame, guilt, anger, unforgiveness, bitterness, fear, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, and more.
The Choose Freedom Support Group is how God uses this ministry to bring women to His saving grace and healing. There are groups at Grace Fellowship Church in Latham, at Hoosick Falls Community Alliance Church in Hoosick Falls, and a Spanish speaking group at Damascus Christian Church in Albany. Currently, there are leaders training to begin groups in several more locations in 2011. There is a vision to multiply these groups as far as God wills.
