
At Grace we host a wide variety of events ranging from ministry-related gatherings to personal baby showers. For non-Grace-related events there is a room rental fee which varies depending on the room you select and the services you require.
While we welcome outside events, please be aware that all events go through an approval process, which includes checking room availability and reviewing the event's focus.
Please obtain a Facility Use Request Form online, from the Information Center, the Leader's Corner, or the office copy area. Return the completed form to the facility manager by dropping it off at the Information Center in the "Completed Forms" folder. You may also mail it to Gerry Pettograsso or drop it off in his mailbox located in the office reception area.
You should receive a response within a few days. If you do not receive a response, please contact the facility manager by email.
