Pastor of Spiritual Development

Here at Grace, we encourage everyone to consider their lives as their ministries as they pursue the mission of developing more and better disciples. We feel so strongly about the significance of pouring into people and strengthening the vibrant, relational community here at Grace that we are actively seeking to hire a Pastor of Spiritual Development, a position dedicated to strengthening and developing the church’s small group community. Serving as a member of the senior staff, this person will provide support, direction and vision to group leaders and motivate the congregation to embrace the critical value of discipleship and community. This individual will train and mentor the Small Group and ministry leaders and implement a well-devised strategy to encompass all demographics within the church, and it is imperative that he have experience in leading transformational groups and equipping leaders. We are looking for someone who is highly communicative, organized, collaborative and passionate about spiritual development, who is open to learning from others. He must demonstrate high moral integrity, commitment to spiritual disciplines and a reputation of unwavering character. We seek a high capacity leader with exceptional emotional intelligence, team building skills, and a life-long commitment to learning.
